  • Thread-topic: Changing HTTP client authentication port

Hello, just wondering what would happen if we were to change our http client auth port from port 900 to port 8080, and we already have a security server setup to catch port 8080 http web requests.

current :-

21 in.aftpd wait 0
8080 in.ahttpd wait 0
900 in.ahclientd wait 900

http client configured :-

21 in.aftpd wait 0
8080 in.ahttpd wait 0
8080 in.ahclientd wait 8080

will either the auth break, or the http port 8080 scanning break ??

cheers

Graham
