We have used SecureRemote for remote access to our network for a couple of years now.  We have recently upgraded to FW1-NG with SecureRemote NG. SecureRemote NG has a conflict with another program we use.  We also had the problem sporadically on the previous version of SecureRemote.  We use Remedy's Action Request System (v5.00.01) for our helpdesk.  After the SecureRemote upgrade on our clients they are not able to connect to the Remedy server using the Remedy Client software. We noticed that if we unbind the SecureRemote service from the NIC used to connect to the Remedy server on the client, we are back in business.  Does anyone know how to get SecureRemote and Remedy work on the same computer properly?

Thank you,

Don Mack
