We have used SecuRemote for remote access to our network for a couple of
years now. It's not until now that we have discovered a conflict with
another program we use. We use Remedy's Action Request System for our
helpdesk. Recently we upgraded from Remedy 4.51 to 5.00.01. After the
Remedy upgrade on our clients with SecuRemote they are not able to
connect to the Remedy server. We noticed that if we unbind the
SecuRemote service from the NIC used to connect to the Remedy server on
the client, we are back in business. Does anyone know how to get
SecuRemote and Remedy work on the same computer properly?

Thank you,

Paul Orr
