[FW-1] State Table size in excess of 100,000 connection on Solaris firewalls

Does anyone have any experience running Solaris Firewall's in a HA
environment (either Stonebeat or Rainwall) where they configure a state
table size in excess of 100,000 connections? I am looking to chat with
someone on their experience with this. I am trying to determine how far I
can push this before needing to consider an appliance.
