I currently face to a strange issue.
I have a Nokia IP440 running NG FP1 on IPSO 3.4.2. The management is on a
Solaris 8 platform.
The problem is that I cannot access to the Nokia from the Management. After
deeper investigation, I noticed that from the Nokia shell console (from the
console port) I can ping all my network. I also enabled tcpdump on the
Nokia and I can see the traffic coming to the Nokia FW but nothing can go
out.
I have stopped the FW processes (cpstop) and did the test again. Same
problem.
I don't understand if it is something with Nokia OS layer or NG layer.
try to disable ifwd (voyager: config\check point fw1)
try to disable alle access-lists
