You must edit the firewall object, because somewhere in this object the mail size is limited to 1000bytes. The problem is not from the CVP server. In NG you can set the SMTP maximum size directly in the properties of the firewall object. I'm using the trendmicro viruswall as CVP Server. For sure, nothing was changed at the mail and CVP Server. So it belongs really to the new FW. I tried to changed the Mail maxsize within the CVP Resource Properties Tab. I could verify that each change was also written down to my objects.C file. But ther's no change in the behaviour. Attachments greater than round'bout 512KB will not pass the FW. In the log I could see "To much Mail data". Within the old version I limmited to 1GB and it works without any problem. Any idea what's going on ? Thanx in advance for your quick help, Dirk. ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] ================================================= ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] =================================================
