Port mapping in CP FW-1 4.1x isn't possible? -----Original Message----- From: Mailing list for discussion of Firewall-1 [mailto:[email protected]]On Behalf Of Matthias Leu Sent: 20 April 2002 08:10 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [FW-1] How to do a port mapping? Hi, It seems to me that all your NAT-rules are generated automatically. You will have to define these rules for Port mapping manually. So under the NAT Tab add a rule - the default rule will appear: original packet translated packet any any any original original original Then, define the matching. For just mapping http from any to any IP, the rule will look like this example any any http original original http1111 http1111 is an example service defined by the administrator, representing a web server working on port 1111. Hope it helps, best regards, Matthias http://www.fw-1.de EriK W wrote: > Could you give me more detials please? > > As far as I can see, there is nowhere I can give the port mapping > information in Policy Editor, and directly playing with NAT rules is not > allowed in it.
