Hello,

if the originator of the mail is located in Asia (esp. Korea or China) or
in the Caribic just forget to complain because no one will take notice. I
even had incidents where korean
domains not even have a postmaster mail address.

Sorry but true (we had the same problem...)

technically: no

try to contact the operator of the mailserver where the fake-mails
originate ...
