Hi That happens to me 3 or 4 times a day on a regular basis. I am only succesfull at first hour in the morning and last at evening; the rest of the day, the load of my machines (manager and firewall gateway) is so high that it always fails. In that case I only can do it by issuing the command: fw fetch "manager´s ip address" from the gateway machine command line It does the same, but in raw command mode and this way it always works. I suppose the problem is on the graphic interface , which loads the machine so much that it times out.
