Title: FW1 (4.1 sp5) ftp problems

FTP through our FW1 (4.1 sp5) has been problematic at best ever since sp5 was installed. All users needing FTP access traverse a Microsoft Proxy 2.0. The rule allows http, https, ftp data and connect

Rules

Proxy Server Any FTP/(connect and data) Long Gateways Any

We have played around with active and passive FTP settings on the proxy, but without any luck.
Any help is appreciated.
