Three places you can check to see if the node secret is send: 1. Check the ACE log (the first user to authenticate should cause the node secret to be sent) 2. Check the client on the ACE box. If the box for node [ ]Sent Node Secret has been checked then it has been sent. 3. On the firewall, check /var/ace for the securid file. If it is there then the node secret has been sent.
