[FW-1] Radius

I am using FW authentication with the database on the
firewall.

I use two rules:
1. usergroup any http accept
2. usergroup1 any http+ftp accept

The second rule is unusefule because in User
Authentication any user will hit the first rule, and
stop here. (According with CP support)

I am wondering if implementing Radius and PDC domain
database I can implement this two or more rules to
allow a differentiate support.

What I want to do is to allow 200 users to use http
and ftp (rule 2) and 4000 user to use http only.
