[FW-1] ACE/Client Support in NG

I heard a rumour that an ACE/Client is not bundled with NG like it was for
4.1.

Is this true?
If so, do I need to install an ACE/Client from RSA manually?
If yes to that, what's involved in making NG talk to either a local
ACE/Client or direct to an ACE/Server?
