Are you allowing DNS requests in from the DMZ? Check your logs.
The remote server you telnet to attempts to resolve your IP address,
if it can't, it eventually times out and gives you the login prompt anyway.

Hi,
I got 2 servers; one is located at LAN, another is at DMZ.
The login prompt display very quickly while I telnet from the server at DMZ
to the server at LAN.
Nevertheless, I telnet from LAN to DMZ. It takes almost 2 minutes to show
the login prompt.
Can someone tell me what possible reasons it would be?
