Hi,
yes, it's possible but it depends on the version.
In 4.x mostly it's possible with File - Open - Delete. The latest
version has "File - Delete" in the Menu. The same is with NG.

To delete a policy (or a set of policies), delete it using the Menu.
Then it will be deleted in $FWDIR/conf/rulebases.fws (4.x) or
rulebases_5_0.fws (NG). Additionally the rulebase is saved in Name.W.
For a complete removal you will have to delete this file as well as
Name.pf (generated during install).

Hope it helps,
best regards,
Matthias
