Your server in the DMZ uses public DNS servers, and tries to resolve
your LAN ip adress (probably part of unroutable IANA private IP space)
     (So you probably get two DNS timeouts, or NXDOMAINs.)

Just add your LAN's ip into /etc/hosts on your DMZ server with whatever
name comes to your mind at that time.

PS this has nothing to do with FW1 ;)
