Already tried that..:) But I couldn't find anything
that looks like *.locl, *.lck etc.
My best bet
is that it's a flag being set inside a config file or something, but I can't
find anything anywhere.

I've had minimal experience with Reporter, but here's a wild
guess: try
doing a
find /
-name *.lock
and see if there's any *other* lock
file that might be in use by Reporting
Module. Maybe
it uses a separate one from FW-1's.
I think assuming
its name will be something.lock (if it exists) is a safe
bet, since that is usual practice, AFAIK.
Let
us know how you solve it, when you do!
