[FW-1] Secure Remote problem

Hi all,

I have configured my Internet firewall to accept secure
remote connections, which works fine when I dial up with one of
my local ISP's. When I try and connect from another network, via
the Internet, I get the following error : "No answer received from a
Firewall at site 196.25.x.x"
It does however prompt me for a username and password. This network is
also behind a FW-1 (4.1), and I have configured the following rules on
this firewall.

SRC             DEST            SERVICE         ACTION
-------------------------------------------------------
SR client        SR client      any             accept
Remote Firewall  Remote Firewall

(SR = secure remote)

The status bar of the SecureRemote firewall says :
"Exchanging Keys with a FireWall"

Have any of you encountered this problem before ?
Any help would be appreciated.
