This is what I always do when I
troubleshoot.
Since you're on a windoze box, you've got
to go to the msdos prompt and
prepare this command
c:\netstat -na|find
"replace.this.with.the.target.ip.address"
Before hitting Enter key, fire-up your
netmeeting and connect to the desired party. As fast as you can, press Enter key
on that command and it will
give you the port that netmeeting
used.
Since you only mentioned 3389, it will
fail. Now, the port you will see on the
output of that command should be added on
your firewall-1 rule. And the
action should be accept :-)
