We haven't tried with ISA Server, but with the standalone IPSEC functionality of W2k, we're able to get VPN between CP 4.1 SP4 and a W2k Workstation. May some configuration changes in the IPSEC policy would enable tunneling and hence a full VPN between them. As far as I remember,ISA can deal with IPSEC.
