[FW-1] Problems implementing VPN access....

Greetings,
Need help.  We have some off shore servers that were behind a nokia IP330,
that unfortunately developed some memory problems and had to be taken down.
To make a long story short.  We have slipped behind our ISP redundant nokia
firewalls.  Which would be really nice, but getting the vpn access set-up
for our various secure remote clients is turning into something of a
headache.  Since they will not allow me access to their firewall (don't
blame them), I've been sending instructions via email to the guys at the
site. I've updated my userc.c file to reflect the changes in the object
names and ip addresses. I've made changes to reflect the clustered firewall,
but not sure if the entries are right.  I can't update the site, I keep
getting "The site is not licensed to perform the requested action".  I'm
authenticating at the firewall, but promptly being dropped by it right
after.  It's like our servers are not part of the encryption domain, but I'm
assured that they are. The vpn rules are in place.  We've gone over
everything that I can think of that would be the source of the problem and
still no access. If anyone has any ideas on this, please let them fly.
