IP pools are not meant to address this issue, as Don stated. Their use is a limited technical solution to a specific set of issues. What is meant to address this issue though, CP FW-1 NG Office Mode aside, is proper organizational security policies. You need senior management buy-in in support of your reasons in dealing with your "territorial lot of home users" as you see and justify as necessary. Just because you _can_ doesn't make it right. What you need to use is office mode under NG. It can be used to dynamically assign an address to each SecuRemote client. IP NAT Pools are not meant to fix this problem. -Don ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] ================================================= ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] =================================================
