Hi, All systems are Linux boxes I have the following situation: single gateway 4.1 sp4 in company A distrusted enterprise 4.1 sp3 installed in company B which has a few modules around the world. the 2 companies are communicating using VPN's. Now I want to convert the company A single gateway into a module which will be managed by company B. Now, I know all I have to take care of product.conf and license and putkey in the module in order to be managed by B's management. My questions are : 1. I am worried to lose A's rulebase. On site B, site's A firewall is defined as an external firewall and I have to change it into an internal firewall and to merge its rulebase into B's rulebase, how ever I can not since firewall A object is defined as a single gateway on A policy, and on B it is suppose to be a module. How do I merge both policy's, should I do it manually ? 2.On site A there are securemote users defined, all users passwords are IKE. Can I merge them into B's userdata base ? I read somewhere that IKE password can not be transfer ? Other than that, any special points I should look into ?
