[FW-1] AW: [FW-1] LDAP and internal FW-1 user DB

Hello,

I have somewhat experience with users on LDAP, but I have never seen a setup like yours.

Where the users are located (if they are on the LDAP or local) is defined in the source column of your rulebase. I do not see any problem in adding local users and users on LDAP at the same time. I have tried it and at least the rulebase compiles and installs. However, I can not tell if it works stable enough for heavily productive use.

Betreff: [FW-1] LDAP and internal FW-1 user DB

Is there a way to run both LDAP and internal FW-1 user DB for client auth at the same time? Our internal FW user DB is way too large and we want to move to LDAP. We don't want to do this all or nothing. I think I can get LDAP running but I don't know enough to know if it will run at the same time as the internal DB.
