[FW-1] problems on installing VPN-1 policies

Hello All,

I sent a duplicated one to phoneboy.com too.  Please ignore this if you have
already read it.

We could enter Checkpoint's policy editor, and set some security rules. But
we could not install the policies onto the ethernet adapter.  First, we
tried
on a Win2K system.  It did not work.  So, we swapped the Ehternet cards.  It
did not work either.  Then, we tried another two Win2Ks with the same
result.  Without other choices, we switched to a WinNT 4.0 with SP4.  It
gave us the same Error message below.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
