With no changes to policy or ports, just a mere replacement of 4.0 to 4.1 (with exactly the same ruebase)

prevents SR clients from reattaching to the VPN site. The site has to be deleted and added again on the client.

Not sure if this is bcos of a different DH key generated on the firewall1/vpn.

Any other issues to watch out for when upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1 ?
