I have applied the in.httpd hotfix to my Nokia firewalls. You have to call Nokia to get it. We use Passive Client Authentication (to Radius) to authenticate Web surfing and the http daemon was crashing, sometimes recovering, sometimes not and taking other processes with it. We're about to fire up Websense Content filtering as well. 'Ol httpd is gonna get a workout! I was investigate this for use on 4.1, until they released a hotfix which fixes the in.httpd memory leaks. Sounds like NG might have the same problem. Grrr... security servers are a real pain.
