I guess there is no one at the remote site? ;-)

assuming the computer has the same net/subnet range in its IP address, you could:

1. ping the broadcast address of the subnet
2. do an arp -a  to show the IP and MAC of all hosts on the subnet. In your case you would
see the one machine.

That ought to work.

I Have a Checkpoint FW1 4.1 on IPSO 3.3 installed in two different
sites. VPN is configured between these two sites.

I have a computer, that I don't know the IP, plugged straight to the
distant Firewall with a cross-over cable.
The interface used for this specific computer is UP.
In the distant Site there is no one to check the IP of the computer.

Does anyone knows how to retrieve a computer IP address plugged to a
Firewall cp 4.1
