Use the AT-command in a dos prompt. F.ex. to run the command every friday at 23:59 type: at 23:59 /every:friday "\winnt\fw1\4.1\bin\fw logswitch" OR make a bat-file with the 'fw logswitch' command and run that with the command above: at 23:59 /every:friday "C:\blabla\logswitch.bat" then you can type just 'AT' to view the schedule Arnor Arnason EJS Iceland -----Original Message----- From: richard marshall [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 21. febrúar 2002 10:27 To: [email protected] Subject: [FW-1] rotating logs on win2k Hello all, i have had a quick look through phoneboy, but couldn't find a solution. i would like to automatically rotate the logs on my managment server once a week. i know that i should be able to do this with task scheduler, but i don't know how. could someone please give me some pointers? thanks richard marshall ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] =================================================
