I solved this issue with LVS(Linux Virtual Server - http://www.linuxvirtualserver.org)
It works great, and also with 2 small pc(celeron 300mhz), the LVS is working with high availability too!

Actually I have in production 5 Virtual servers with 2 Real server each site.
You can go to http://ultramonkey.sourceforge.net/ultramonkey-1.0.2/ is a package very functional of lvs and easy to configure.
