[FW-1] It is posible migrate from CP4.1 to NG ??

Hi to all:

At the moment we are working with CheckPoint 4.1 ServicePack2,StoneBeat
on Solaris 2.6, and we´ll want to update our installation to
NextGeneration FP1.

 Is possible the update 4.1 --to--> NG?
 It´s necessary to make a new installation complete with the NG?
 Any kind of problem between StoneBeat and NextGeneration??
