In Global Properties > Network Address Translation
there is an option to "perform automatic ARPs".
NG, will take care of Proxy ARPs if this box is
enabled AND you create the NAT rules Automatically (at
the object > on NAT tab).
Otherwise, any MANUALLY created NAT rules in the
Network Address Translation Rule Base will require YOU
to take care of Proxy ARP (like in CP2000)
