Troy, I had a similar issue at one of my customers. They are using FW1 4.1SP5 on a Nokia IP530 and a SurfControl UFP server. Same issue, confirmed by SurfControl - something to do with the way AOL checks to see what IP address you are coming from. We had to manually add aol.com workstation objects to an earlier rule (that isn't using a resource), but you can probably get away with using a domain object. Hope this helps. Daniel R. When I call Websense they tell me it is a problem with Checkpoint's Security Server. Has anyone seen this problem? If so I would love someone to help me figure this on out.
