just change the files in  $FWDIR/conf/ahclientd  be sure they will be be more than 1024k cause else the FW will not load them

make sure to stop and start the FW after you changed the pages so it can clear his cache !!!

the files for HTTP Client-Authentication are located in
  $FWDIR/conf/ahclientd
Take care not to mix up or disable the forms.
