[FW-1] routing/natting/objects problem

Ok, here's the situation: 1 FW-1 NG with fw and mgmnt module on Sun Sol 2.8,
pol editor is on win client.

Back side the fw has 4 dmz (192.168.1.x,192.168.2.x, 192.168.3.x and
192.168.4.x), each has it's level of security. front side is the
FastEthernet connection to the router(121.x.x.x).
Specific customer asks to be connected through private link (*address space
45.45.x.x) to a part of the infrastructure, mainly websites). I acticate an
additional interface, and connect it to their router, using an additional ip
address range (192.168.5.x)
Addressing is complete, the firewall sees the router, the router sees the
firewall.
the content that needs to be available, are subdirectories of websites, so
there's no specific ip address solely for thsi client. the ip addresses on
the 4 dmz's are natted to the ir public coounterparts, but a few 2-3 need to
be also natted and routed, when necessary to the customers's private link.

I've warned my boss that this could take more time then estimated in their
offer, and I'm looking if I haven't overlooked anything before I suggest
other solutions.

tnks for your help
