That will probably have the exact opposite effect of what was requested.
All you will accomplish by doing that is causing a ton of rejected out-bound
mail and allowing all AIM traffic.  The MX records aren't the AIM hosts and
the default port isn't TCP/25.

Do an nslookup set type=mx and get a list of AOL's mail servers.  Create
a
group with those objects.  Block SMTP to that group.  Allow http.
