[FW-1] Nokia IP/120 boot problem

Greetings,

I have a new IP/120 that will not boot cleanly with ethernet connected and FW1 turned on in Voyager.

IP/120 IPSO 3.4.1 FCS5, CP FW1 3des v4.1 SP5.

one ethernet port connected to a Cisco Catalyst 6509 (100M / full duplex), one connected to a Motorola router (10M / half duplex). It does not matter which of the three ports is used for which connection.

If the IP/120 is cabled to the switch and router, and FW1 is not turned on in Voyager (manage installed packages), the box boots fine.

If the IP/120 is cabled to only one device (switch or router, any port of the IP/120) and FW1 is turned on in Voyager (manage installed packages), box boots fine.

If the IP/120 is cabled to both devices (switch and router) AND FW1 is turned on in Voyager (manage installed packages), the IP/120 hangs during boot (reboot from Voyager or reboot from console port or powerfail) just after the ethernet ports are scanned.

Any ideas as to what may be going on?

Thanks
