Actually, there is another entry in base.def that can affect this as well.  You can try commenting out:

#define FTPPORT(match)       (call KFUNC_FTPPORT <0x1|(match)>)

and uncomment:

// #define FTPPORT(match)  (call KFUNC_FTPPORT <(match)>)
