HI, We've put up the Novell iChain web cache/proxy appliance. It works fine inside; with two different segments going thru the FW. However, when access attempts are made from the outside, rule 0 drops services like 1265, 1290,1291,1309, etc.. A few threads from FW-1 newsgroups referenced the interface settings and anti-spoofing, but the interface properties window does not contain the "security" tab; only the "general" tab( a feature somewhere wasn't selected?). Is it true that you need a sevice contract(which costs much more than the product itself) in order to download documentation and search the knowledgebase?
