[FW-1] Problem with VPN

Hello people,

I've got a problem.. and I don't know how to fix it.
I'm trying to set up a VPN using DES/MD5/PFS (not aggressive) between a
4.1SP4 and an NG.
VPN negociates correctly on the 4.1 , all traffic sent from behind the 4.1
is encrypted, sent to the NG, decrypted but the answer is never
encrypted/sent back to the 4.1.
Traffic initiated from behind  the NG appears as an accept in the logs where
it should be an encrypt (it appears with the rule # having the encrypt
action).
The Encryption domain is correct (Ive checked at least 10 times) and I don't
know what to do.. everything is fine from the 4.1 point of view (I can see
the VPN negotiation logs, including phase 2) but I never see any negotiation
(or negotiation ID) on the NG logs.

Hope this is enough information ... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
