Jin, take a look at the Tiny Firewall from Tiny Software. I've used it on Win98, Win2000, WinXP and have had no issues at all. The rules are file based which makes transportation of the ruleset between machines easy. Also the footprint is small and uninstalling seems a clean and straight forward process with little residue. I'd be interested in getting some feedback from other list members as to their thoughts of the product. Across the board I would recommend either Black Ice or PGP Corporate Desktop Suite.
