[FW-1] Secure Client & XP Hangs

Hi All.  I have SecureClient running smoothly on two XP systems.
However, a third one is giving me grief.   Every time it is installed
and the system rebooted, it hangs on startup.   The user has to go
into safe mode and uninstall it to get it to boot again.

Any ideas?
