If you are set up with checkpoint's web based user center, you should be
able to downgrade the license from NG to 4.1 and get a license key that
will work with 4.1.

license 4.1 & NG are not compatible. You have to order new 4.1 license.

I have purchased a NG license but was told by vendor
that it is not stable for AIX. So they asked me to
install 4.1 instead and said that the license can also
be used for 4.1. I tried it but failed. Any comments?
