So we changed his network subnet to class C so whenever he want to connect to the 10.10.x.x network he gets the pop-up window and try to authenticate, however I do not see it in the firewall log. If he tries to get the site info, he successed but I do not see it in the log. the current situation is that he can not reach the site.
