[FW-1] Secure Remote Issues
I get these error messages on one particular firewalled site.
At the client, "unable to activate securid authentication"
in the log viewer "authentication by vpn-1 failed"
they are related as they happen simultaneously. I have checked to make sure
the ace server is in the hosts file. Communication through the firewall is
enabled.
This used to work, but this was before the firewall was rebuilt, anything I
might have missed. Any help appreciated.
When the firewall was rebuilt the external ip address was changed, now the
ace server administrator informs me they have updated their server, but I
have no access to this device as it is NT, i only control the firewalls
which are all running on solaris,
21 firewall work perfectly, this one does not.
Any ideas??
