When I bring up any part of the gui (policy, log viewer, status) it takes a very long time to get an actual screen back. My rulebase is about 50 rules long w/ less than 500 objects and once I've got the gui up everything works quite quickly. I've got DNS lookups turned off for the log viewer gui so that's not an issue (where the log viewer is concerned). Anybody have an idea what could be causing my delay (I'm mostly certain it's not network related as both the manager and the gui client are 100mg/FD and I'm seeing no errors on either the client or the server in the network statistics)?
