Anyone else who might respond, I'm especially looking for UPGRADE information, as this client has a very extensive and complicated setup - something we could *not* reproduce from scratch. It works flawlessly for me. The only issue I had was the initial install. NG was installed on a fresh box and I attempted to migrate my objects and rulebases. It wasn't too happy with it all. I then uninstalled, copied the previous 4.1 EMC install to the new host and installed NG as an upgrade (after bringing the 4.1 install to the latest rev for my own peace of mind) and things went perfectly. I have other clients with a stand-alone X1s as the enforecement points and management consoles and they perform flawlessly. So well, in fact, that I recommend X1s with 512 MB of memory and mirrored 20 GB drives for everyone I handle these days who need just a FW.
