Your best bet here is to run SecuRemote using UDP encapsulation. This
causes all IPSec traffic to be encapsulated inside of UDP packets. The end
result is far better compatibility with NAT as well as with your ISP.

It is entirely possible that the Linksys is working correctly, but that
your ISP is blocking IPSec traffic because it is against their usage
policy.
