[FW-1] Client Auth - Modify IE Panel

Running 4.1 SP5 on a NT4.0 SP6a server. When the Internet Explorer 5.5 panel
appears to authenticate the user to the internet, a checkbox of "Save this
password is your password list" appears. Is there anyway to modify this
panel so I can take this option away from the users. For security, we want
our users to fill in each box (User Name and Password) if they need to surf
the internet.

Any help would be appreciated.
