[FW-1] Protocol Number?

I VPN to my network at work but have an issue with getting in from home. I
have a little network at home with a watchguard soho FW protecting me at
that end. I connect the laptop directly to the modem and can do things just
fine. When I connect through my firewall I can ping by opening protocol
number 94. What other protocol numbers do I need to have open to get in? I
am limited on what I can put into my FW at home. Asks for protocol numbers.
If someone could help me that would be great.

I also was having another issue that maybe someone could touch on. I have 2
servers that I want to vpn to, I set it up in the rule base and can get into
my redhat webserver with just the one rule. The problem I come into is that
I have to add another rule to hit my box (w2K) to accept. I look at my logs
and it is still encrypted but it just seemed wierd that I didn't have to do
anything but the ([email protected] Encrypted) rule to hit the redhat box.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this. If anyone can comment on this as
well that would help out a lot. Would like to understand this a bit
better..thanks..
